Why Does it Seem That My Waitress is Always High?
It seems that more often than not these days that my waiter or waitress appears to be high on opiates. Why is this? Are addicts attracted to restaurant work or is it the other way around? Is it that “younger” people are mostly employed by restaurants and therefore take part in risky behavior more often than the “older” employees? How about this one, restaurants are less likely to perform drug tests and criminal background checks than other employers. Whatever the case, opiate abuse is becoming more and more rampant in the restaurant community, its workers specifically.
