Cali Estes was featured on MSN Money for her work with ADD and ADHD individuals. Specifically, their spending patterns and amount of debt they accrue is addressed. Cali estes stressed that ADD and ADHD individuals have a need to fill an immediate void. Couple that with an impatience factor that makes them more prone to impulse purchases. She discussed how these types of individuals do not think of money in the long term, only in terms of ‘right now’ and their immediate needs being met. She deals with clients by using Behavioral Modification Therapy and coaching as a means to lessen the impulses and work on long term verses short term goals.
